THE Malaysian UAV Development Association (MUDA) launched a pioneer co-curriculum club named \u201cMUDA UAV Laboratory\u201d at St John\u2019s Institution in Kuala Lumpur during its recent co-curriculum day.<\/p>\n

It was attended by school principal Manmohan Singh Kartar Singh and St John\u2019s Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) chairman Datuk Azaddin Abdul Aziz.<\/p>\n

The club aims to educate the younger generation about drones and its industry applications. <\/p>\n

The initiative and idea to set up the club was from MUDA founder Datuk Lester Tay Kean Boon.<\/p>\n

This is in collaboration with iFly Drone Tech to turn Malaysia into a world class UAV empowered nation. MUDA aims to establish a MUDA UAV Laboratory (MULa) in every school in Malaysia.<\/p>\n

MUDA hopes to emphasise on the holistic ecosystem and research development of UAV in Malaysia by creating awareness through conferences, symposiums, summits and exhibitions. <\/p>\n
