Before You Fly

  1. Search the exact address or latitude/longitude in the map.
  2. Review controlled airspace, facility-map grid altitude, airports, special-use airspace and other displayed layers.
  3. Check current Temporary Flight Restrictions and NOTAMs near the planned operation time.
  4. If controlled airspace applies, obtain authorization through an FAA-approved LAANC provider or FAA DroneZone.
  5. Confirm weather, visual line of sight, people/vehicle considerations, Remote ID and all Part 107 or recreational requirements.
